Join Lisburn Community Fire Company when it hosts its 70th Olde Time Festival from August 9 to 12, 2023.
You’ll find something for everyone at this annual summer tradition in the Village of Lisburn.
Lisburn Community Fire Company is located at 1800 Main Street, Lisburn on Route 114 halfway between Mechanicsburg and New Cumberland. While we love pets, for others and your safety, we have to ask you to please not bring them to the festival; we thank you for your understanding.
Wednesday, Aug. 9 is Ride Night from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. The large pavilion is closed that night, but you can find sandwiches, pizza and ice cream. We have free entertainment on Wednesday night with DJ Bill Martin. Come join us, kick back and listen to some great tunes and get ready for the rest of the weekend.
Thursday night our free entertainment continues with Reminisce. On Friday night come hear Borderline and Saturday night we wrap it up with the country band, Famous Rumors Band. From Thursday through Saturday, entertainment includes a tractor parade of all makes and kinds of antique tractors. In addition, you can find bingo, midway of rides & games, hayrides, small games of chance, silent auction, book sale, games and arts and crafts vendors.
From Thursday through Saturday, food available features French fries, chicken corn and ham bean soups, funnel cakes, and BBQ chicken. In the large pavilion you will also find hot chicken and roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes, homemade pies and cakes! And don’t forget pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, hot and fresh sausages, and Hamburger BBQ sandwiches. Finish the night with a funnel cake, Hershey’s ice cream, and a variety of cold drinks including Coca-Cola. This year we will accept credit cards in the small and large pavilions.
Make sure you visit the silent auction in the Social Hall. There will be lots of items up for bid and you don’t have to be present to win. While bidding on silent suction items, take a look at our book sale with books starting at 25¢ a piece.
All proceeds benefit your local volunteer fire company so stop out for a great night of family fun!
